Good base to explore the Kochi region We were 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids), and this place was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and well located a couple of kilimetres outside of central Kochi. The kitchen was well-equipped. The host was easy to contact and could communicate in English. It makes a good base for exploring the Kochi region. We booked parking for ¥1000 a day, but there was a car park 200 metres away which cost ¥400 a day, so in hindisight we shouldn't have booked the parking. The house is next to a fairly busy road, so light-sleepers may find it difficult to sleep.
