ついにヌオー列車に乗れた！高知のポケモン電車体験記

こんにちは　高知初のシェアハウス＆ゲストハウス LuLuLu スタッフのジョーです！

ついに、この時がやってきました！ 2024年11月から運行を開始した、高知のポケモン「ヌオー」がデザインされた路面電車「高知だいすきポケモンヌオー電車」。これまで何度も街中で見かけていたものの、ついに乗る機会に恵まれました！

普段、僕らはあまり電車に乗ることがないのですが、この日はたまたま乗るタイミングがあり、偶然ヌオー列車がやってきたんです。これはもう運命！

走っている姿は何度も見てきたけど、実際に乗れるとなると感慨深いものがあります。

ヌオーとの思い出

なぜこんなにヌオー電車が特別なのかというと… それは、去年までLuLuLuでヘルパーをしていたアントンの存在。

アントンはヌオーの大ファンで、高知ポケモンがヌオーに決まる前からずっと好きでした。ゲームセンターでヌオーのぬいぐるみをゲットしたり、ヌオー愛を語ったり…

だからこそ、高知のポケモンがヌオーに決まったときは大盛り上がり！アントンが見たら、きっと大興奮だったはず。

Finally, I Rode the Quagsire Train! A Pokémon Streetcar Experience in Kochi

Hello, this is Joe, a staff member at LuLuLu, Kochi’s first share house and guesthouse!

The moment I had been waiting for finally arrived! Since November 2024, the Pokémon-themed Quagsire Train has been running in Kochi as part of the “Kochi Daisuki Pokémon” project. I had seen it many times around the city, but at last, I had the chance to ride it!

Since we don’t usually take the train, it was pure coincidence that we needed to ride one that day—and lucky us, the Quagsire Train arrived at the station. It felt like destiny!

I had seen it running from afar, but actually being able to board it was something special.

Why the Quagsire Train is Special

This train holds a special meaning for me because of Anton, a former helper at LuLuLu.

Anton was a huge fan of Quagsire long before it was even chosen as the official Pokémon of Kochi. He used to win Quagsire plushies at game centers and talk about his love for the Pokémon all the time.

So, when Quagsire was finally announced as the face of Kochi, we couldn’t believe it! Anton would have been so excited to see this train in person.
