最近ルルルには、中国の春節 にあわせてたくさんの中国人ゲストが来てくれています！🎊
この時期は、中国では家族や友人と過ごす大切な時間。

せっかくなので、みんなで一緒に 水餃子とチャーハン を作ることに🥟🍚

本場仕込みの水餃子作り！🥟

水餃子は 皮から手作り！
シーとご両親が 本場の作り方 を教えてくれて、みんなでワイワイしながら餡を包みました。

具材は、豚肉・キャベツ・ニラ・生姜 などシンプルだけど旨みたっぷり。
「餃子作りは初めて！」という人もいましたが、最後にはみんなプロ並みに包めるようになりました👏

茹でたての水餃子は、モチモチの皮とジューシーな餡が絶品！

黒酢やポン酢、ラー油をつけて、みんなで夢中になって食べました😋

特大ホットプレートでチャーハン！🍚

水餃子と一緒に、特大サイズのチャーハン も作りました！🔥

ホットプレートに ご飯・卵・ネギ・豚肉・ニンニク を豪快に炒めて、香ばしい香りが部屋中に広がる…
これはもう、美味しくないわけがない！！

最後に紅しょうがを添えて、餃子との相性バッチリ なセットが完成✨

Hello! I'm Taro, the owner of LuLuLu, the first share house & guesthouse in Kochi!

As spring approaches, we celebrated Chinese New Year by making boiled dumplings (Shuijiao) and fried rice together! 🎊

Chinese New Year is the biggest festival in China, where families and friends gather to share delicious food.
This time, we were joined by our helper Xi's parents, who taught us how to make authentic dumplings from scratch! 🥟

Authentic Chinese Dumplings! 🥢

We made the dumpling wrappers from scratch, guided by Xi and their parents.
The filling was a simple yet flavorful mix of pork, cabbage, chives, and ginger.

Even those who had never made dumplings before quickly learned how to fold them like pros! 👏
Once boiled, the dumplings had a chewy wrapper and juicy filling, making them absolutely delicious!
We enjoyed them with black vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil.

Massive Fried Rice, Too! 🍚

Alongside the dumplings, we cooked a huge batch of fried rice on a hotplate! 🔥
With rice, eggs, green onions, pork, and garlic, the aroma filled the air, making everyone hungry.

Topped with pickled ginger, it was the perfect combo with the dumplings!
