🌏 世界を旅する素敵な夫妻とルルルでの5日間

こんにちは、ルルルスタッフのジョーです。
気づけばもう3月。高知も少しずつ暖かくなってきました。

最近、2年間世界を旅しているご夫妻がルルルに5泊してくれました。
日本に来る前はフィリピン、この後はベトナムへ向かうそうです。

そんなお二人の高知での思い出がこちら👇

ひろめ市場が大ヒット

「一番楽しかったのはひろめ市場！」と話してくれました。
やっぱり高知といえばカツオのたたき。
「今まで食べたカツオで一番美味しい！」と絶賛でした。

ルルルのサイクリングツアーに参加

ルルル名物のサイクリングツアーにも参加。
高知の風景を巡りながら、のんびり走る時間が最高だったようです。

日本ならではの体験も楽しむ

「髪の毛を切りたい！」ということで、
地元のお店に立ち寄り、リフレッシュ。

ルルルの後はお遍路スタート

「歩きお遍路をしてみたかった！」とのことで、ルルルの後は徳島から遍路スタート。
しかも「また高知に戻ってくる予定！」とのこと。
ルルルで再会できるのが今から楽しみです。

心温まるメッセージ & お土産

別れ際に、素敵なメッセージを残してくれました。
さらに、日本の伝統的な手ぬぐいなど、お土産もたくさんいただきました。

こういう出会いがあるから、ゲストハウスで働くのが楽しいですね。
お二人の旅が素敵なものになりますように。

🌏 5 Days with a Wonderful Traveling Couple

Hello, this is Joe from LuLuLu.
March has arrived, and it’s getting warmer here in Kochi.

Recently, we had a lovely couple stay with us for 5 nights.
They've been traveling the world for 2 years.
Before Japan, they were in the Philippines, and next, they’re heading to Vietnam.

Here are some highlights from their time in Kochi.

Hirome Market = Best Experience

"The best part of Kochi was definitely Hirome Market!" they said.
And of course, they absolutely loved Katsuo no Tataki.
They even said, "This is the best bonito we’ve ever had!"

Cycling Tour with LuLuLu

They joined our LuLuLu Cycling Tour,
exploring the peaceful countryside and taking lots of pictures.

Enjoying Unique Japanese Experiences

They wanted to experience something uniquely Japanese,
so they stopped by a local shop to refresh themselves.
They said it was "so relaxing and refreshing!"

Starting Their Shikoku Pilgrimage

After leaving LuLuLu, they started walking the pilgrimage from Tokushima.
And the best part? "We will come back to Kochi!" - We can’t wait to see them again.

A Heartfelt Message & Thoughtful Gifts

Before leaving, they left us a beautiful message and even gifted us some amazing Japanese souvenirs.
These moments are what make working at a guesthouse so special.

Now, after hearing their stories,
I feel like I want to try the pilgrimage myself someday.
Maybe Joe’s Pilgrimage Challenge will happen soon.
