ルルルは「口コミの多いゲストハウス」を目指しています。
その理由は、これから泊まってくださる方に「ルルルってどんな宿か？」を正直に知ったうえで安心して来ていただきたいから。

普通のホテルとは違い、ゲスト同士が交流できる共有スペースがあり、暮らすように泊まれる宿です。
一方で、防音が完璧なホテルのような環境ではないため、その点は事前に知っておいていただけると嬉しいです。

今回は**2025年5月に投稿された口コミ（Booking / Expedia / Agoda / Airbnb / Google 各サイト合計約60件）**をもとに、良かった点・ご意見いただいた点をまとめました！

→ 耳栓の案内を強化予定／館内案内にも明記していきます。

→ 客室ごとの温度調整の案内と毛布の備え付けを見直し中です。

⚠️ シャワーの混雑（繁忙期）（約2件）
「GW中シャワーがなかなか空かなかった」
→ 週末や繁忙期はシャワーをお待ちいただく場合がございますが、館内には3つのシャワールームをご用意しています。空いている時間帯のご案内も強化予定です。

⚠️ 女性寮の照明自動点灯（1件）
「9時に自動でライトがついてしまう」
→ ドミトリーは夜9時に完全消灯、朝9時に自動点灯します。ゆっくり寝たい方はシングルルームのご利用をおすすめします。

At LuLuLu, we aim to be a guesthouse with lots of reviews.
Why? Because we want future guests to know exactly what kind of place LuLuLu is, so you can book with confidence.

Unlike a regular hotel, LuLuLu is a community-oriented guesthouse with shared spaces where guests can interact and feel at home.
On the other hand, it’s not a perfectly soundproof environment, so it’s important that you are aware of this in advance.

“Lights turn on automatically at 9 AM.”
→ The dormitory lights automatically turn off at 9 PM and turn on at 9 AM. If you prefer to sleep in longer, we recommend booking a private single room.
