本日6月27日、高松地方気象台が「四国が梅雨明けしたとみられる」と発表しました！
なんと、6月の梅雨明けは四国で観測史上初とのこと。平年より20日、昨年よりも20日も早い記録的な早さです。

今年の梅雨はたった19日間。統計が始まった1951年以降で最も短い梅雨となる見込みです。

高知市内でも、午前中から気温はぐんぐん上昇。
黒潮町では33.2度、高知市で32.8度を記録し、まさに夏本番の暑さです。

とはいえ、晴れの日が続くこの1週間は、高知旅のチャンス！

☀️ English Version：Record-breaking Early End to the Rainy Season in Shikoku!

Hi! This is Joe from Guesthouse LuLuLu in Kochi.
The Japan Meteorological Agency has just announced that the rainy season has ended in Shikoku—on June 27!

That’s the earliest end to the rainy season since recordkeeping began in 1951.
On average, the rainy season ends around July 17, so this year is over 20 days early!

Today in Kochi City, temperatures reached 32.8°C, and the entire prefecture is experiencing hot, humid summer weather.

Some locals expressed surprise:

“It’s too early—it’s way too hot!” said a woman in her 70s.
“The rainy season was short but intense. Now the real summer starts!” shared an elderly man.

Visitors and locals alike should be cautious of heatstroke:

• Stay hydrated
• Use air conditioning
• Avoid going out during the hottest hours
