今回は、高知の山奥・梼原町で開催される 「梼原高原まつり」 を、これから行く県外旅行者さん向けに、楽しく＆わかりやすくご紹介します！

📅 開催日程とスケジュール

2025年は第56回の開催！
なんと2日間にわたってお祭りが行われます。

前夜祭｜8月14日（木）

• 8:00〜　町長旗争奪ソフトボール大会
• 18:00〜　表彰式、吹奏楽演奏、フラダンス、日本舞踊、高校生神楽、カラオケ大会など

本祭｜8月15日（金）

• 17:00〜　鳴子踊りパレード（地元園児・学生も参加！）
• 18:30〜　BMXショー、演歌ライブ、ふるさとまつり開会式

• 高知市内から：車で約2時間半
• 駐車場：会場周辺は駐車不可。臨時駐車場を利用（詳細は公式サイトで発表）
• 注意点：花火開始前は渋滞しやすいので、早めの到着がおすすめです。

Yusuhara Highlands Festival 2025 | Enjoy summer in the mountains! Fireworks, dancing, and food stalls galore

This time, I'm going to give a fun and easy-to-understand introduction to the Yusuhara Highlands Festival, held in the mountainous town of Yusuhara in Kochi Prefecture, for travelers from outside the prefecture who are planning to visit!

📅 Event Dates and Schedule

The 56th festival will be held in 2025!

The festival will be held over two days.

Pre-Festival | August 14 (Thu)

8:00 a.m. - Town Mayor's Flag Softball Tournament

6:00 p.m. - Award Ceremony, Brass Band Performance, Hula Dance, Japanese Dance, High School Kagura, Karaoke Contest, etc.

Main Festival | August 15 (Fri)

5:00 PM ~ Naruko Dance Parade (local kindergarteners and students also participate!)

6:30 PM ~ BMX Show, Enka Live Performance, Hometown Festival Opening Ceremony

8:45 PM ~ 9:15 PM Fireworks Display Lighting Up the Highland Night Sky 🎆

🚗 Access & Parking Information

From Kochi City: About 2.5 hours by car

Parking: Parking is not available around the venue. Use the temporary parking lot (details will be announced on the official website).

Note: Traffic tends to be heavy before the fireworks start, so we recommend arriving early.

Visit spots that allow you to feel the culture of the mountains, such as Kengo Kuma's architecture and the “Dappan no Michi” trail.
